Attendee Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration until April 8 – DKK 2,950 (€400.00)
Regular Registration until June 3 - DKK 3,900 (€525.00)
Late Registration from June 3 – DKK 4,450 (€600.00)

Student Registration Fees

Early Registration until April 8 – DKK 2,600 (€350.00)
Regular Registration until June 3 - DKK 3,350 (€450.00)
Late Registration from June 3 – DKK 3,900 (€530.00)

In-Person Conference

NordicEpi 2024 will be an in-person event only, so all participants will need to be present in Copenhagen, Denmark. A virtual option will not be available for the 2024 conference.

Registration Fees Include:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Tea, coffee and lunches throughout the conference
  • Admission to the Welcome Reception (limited seats of 150 persons and not yet confirmed). Please indicate your presence when you make your registration.

Registration Terms and Conditions

  • All registration fees are quoted and will be charged in Danish Kroner (DKK). Conference registration fees are exempted from VAT in Denmark.
  • Please read carefully the letter of confirmation and contact the Conference Secretariat immediately in case of any discrepancies.
  • Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
    Banks charges and currency exchange charges are at the delegates own expense and should be factored in when transferring funds to ensure the full registration fee is received into the conference bank account.
  • All payments must be made upon receipt of invoice

Hotel Reservation Terms and Conditions

  • Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed by a 1 night deposit payment served as first night stay.
  • The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel invoice upon check-in/check-out.
  • The hotel deposite must be paid upon receipt of invoice.
  • ALL REMAINING NIGHTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.

Cancellation of registration

  • Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to the Conference Secretariat or in writing to DIS Congress Service on the contact page.
  • For cancellations received before April 12, 2024, a full refund less an administration charge of DKK 600 will be granted.
  • After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
  • If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to give your registration to a colleague. Change of name is free of charge.
  • No‐shows will not receive a refund.
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds

Cancellation of hotel reservation

  • Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to the Conference Secretariat or in writing to DIS Congress Service on the contact page.
  • Until April 12, 2024 the deposit will be reimbursed,
  • From April 12 until May 12, the deposit will only be reimbursed if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled room nights to another guest.
  • From April 12 and in case of no-show the full stay will be invoiced.

Liability Waiver

The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The conference are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases. As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance.

Insurance

Participants are requested to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance. Neither the Organizers nor the Conference Secretariat will assume any responsibility whatsoever for nonrefundable payments in event of cancellation prior to arrival, damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference.
